After yesterday's brightly-coloured flowery affair (click here!), I
now move to the opposite end of the spectrum and feature a pair of
earrings with no frills or fancies - just understated class. (Or so I
think lah, haha).
We all need variety in our wardrobes after all, and should have
accessories that are suitable for fun and cheery occasions, and those
that are suitable for elegant nights out. This pair of earrings fall
into the latter category (I think), which I shall elaborate
on in further verbose detail, as you know that I am partial to. But
first, pictures!
Named Chinese Knots because of their resemblance to the
brightly-coloured (most often red) traditional woven cords that are
often used as decorative items in chinese culture, the silver chains
that dangle from the chinese knot link resemble the
colourful tassels that often accompany these knots.
So yeah, if you want something traditional and classy to accompany
your outfit (or even a Cheong Sam!), but you'd like something monochrome
and silver... here's the pair of earrings for you. :)
