For Shyuan

Alas, April has come and gone. 

How the months fly by and how time passes in the blink of an eye.

As I am writing this post, my heart is a little heavy - today was a dear colleague and friend's last day at work. As the mandarin saying goes -  天下无不散之宴席 - all good things must come to an end. So this is a tiny tribute to one of the sweetest people I have had the privilege and blessing to meet, who is like the little sister I never had - Shyuan.

Very few people have the distinction of being so genuinely nice, kind-hearted and accepting of others, and Shyuan is one of the special few. They are the kind who inspire you to be a better person and make you think that yes, there is some good in this world. :) So thank you, girl, for being such a wonderful human being and friend. ♥
