Lockheart | Double Double, Toil and Trouble Collection: Part 5

Happy Tuesday, y'all! :)
Hope the week has been good for you so far.

We've reached the necklace portion of this collection (that somewhat rhymed, hee), and I'm here to introduce my first ever double-chained necklace! I'm quite happy with this first creation - it's a sweet and simple design that fits the Dainty Little Trinkets name.

This necklace is named Lockheart because one of the pendants is a padlock with a heart cutout, and I'm also a little tickled by the name's similarity to Gilderoy Lockhart's name - you know, the ridiculous wizard and Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher in the Harry Potter universe who basically flailed around causing chaos and claiming others' achievements as his own. :p
A double chained necklace with 2 corresponding pendants - a lock and a key. It's a reminder of sorts to be aware of who (or what) holds the key to your heart and to pursue the things and dreams that matter. Too much cheese? Revel in it!

On the inner chain are tiny heart links and cloudy white / rosaline round faceted crystals. If you look carefully, you'll see that the order of the crystals on each side are reversed for a little asymmetrical flair.

The two chains fall nicely across one's clavicle and sternum without overlapping, and the effect is rather pretty, if I do say so myself. :)

    1. Heehee :) It's only February! Are you sure? To be fair, a 1-year-ban is rather drastic. :p
