Blood Diamond

Happy Saturday, folks!

I love them Saturdays. :)

It's a busy Saturday ahead, so I'll try to keep this short (keyword = try).

I don't know if you've ever watched the movie Blood Diamond, but if you haven't, I strongly recommend it. The poor people who are exploited and the lives that are shed in the pursuit of mining diamonds and making profits. Come to think of it, it's rather morbid to name an accessory after this issue. Oh well... we shall plod along merrily.

This Chinese New Year, I bought a pretty maroon lace dress and wanted a pair of earrings to match. Voila!

 This pair of earrings features diamond links (previously featured here) and Czech Preciosa crystals in shades of cherry red and rich wine.
